Another massive weekend done and dusted. Big Love to the Church guys for Friday, managed to test out a number of fresh vinyl purchases which is always nice. 

Saturdays Innervisions party was also a real treat. Those guys know how it's done.

Pretty short on time today so just a quicky from us. Here's two works of art in video form to get you ready for some serious party.

For those of you lucky enough to have sorted a ticket for the Innervisions party tomorrow i have a feeling we are in for something special. Below is the video recording of Ame and Dixon live from Dixon's Amsterdam hotel room recorded at ADE last week to get you ready for it. It is pure excellence in its finest form. Below that is another Boiler room video/mix of James Murphy earlier in the year. He will be heading up another of the Hydro parties on December the 7th. Get on your ticket now before they all go.

Juan Atkins takes it to Church

Hump day almost done with and we'll soon be into the easy ride back to the weekend.

Another huge one coming up as well with Saturday seeing the Innervisions crew taking over a warehouse space out in East London for their Halloween special. Any one lucky enough to have snapped up a ticket for the sold out monster of a party will be in for a treat. We are very excited to say the least so hopefully see you there.

But first up a little something for Friday.

Church @ Corsica Studios + Juan Atkins Mix

Friday sees the fine chaps from Church taking over the Corsica Studios rave space for their edition of the Corsica Studios 10 year anniversary celebrations. 

I'm pretty hyped to announce i will be joining the bill for the evening and have the pleasure of opening up room 1 for what is going to be one serious night of house and techno noisings.

Heading up the line up Church welcome Detroit Legend Juan Atkins (above). One of the Belleville three ( Juan attended high school in Michigan with Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson!?) Juan Atkins will be dishing out a serious schooling in the ways of Detroit’s underground.

Also on Friday's line up - French Fries, Mark- Henning, Darling Fara, Paleman, Threfft, Alfie and Church residents/label signings - Seb Wildblood, Apes and Rumah. (Head on over to the Church Soundcloud here for details of their first label release).

Thought we'd prep you for this one with a reasonably fresh mix from Juan Atkins laid down at the Berlin Beatport HQ back in August. Serious energy to get you jiggling in your seat with excitement. Packed with saxed up smoothness and percussive rollers this one is well worth a pre party listen. San Proper - Proper's Sofia Seduction Set

Monday vibzzzzzzz.......ok we hate the word Vibzzz these days as well, especially if it is used in its z'd up format. But after this weekend’s second and final instalment of the Trouble Vision Birthday session i think some more chilled vibrations are required. Big love to all the Trouble Vision players as a serious party was had by all. Shouts going out to Session Victim and Lil' Louis as their sets were as epic as expected. Also a huge shout out to Trouble Vision resident Park Ranger for his opening set in room two which laid out the standard for one hell of a good  night.

I will be back at Corsica Studios this Friday night opening room one for the Church crew but i'll have more news about that one later in the week.

San Proper -  Proper's Sofia Seduction Set

Today’s mix comes from Dutch disco connoisseur San Proper. A local legend on the Amsterdam scene San Proper has been manning the wheels of steel in the city's more musically knowledgeable venues for over a decade.

This mix was posted on the Secredsundaze site ahead of his appearance at the Secretsundaze Halloween party this Saturday 27th alongside Shed, BLM and Secretsundaze family James Priestley and Giles Smith. More details of the party can be found on the RA page here.

Friday Mixtuals - Trouble Vision Birthday Pt 2

So the weekend is here again. Sighs of relief from party goers the world over with extra added bonus of knowing that part 2 of the Trouble Vision Birthday double is about to drop on Saturday eve.

Anyone that came down to Corsica studios last Friday for part 1 can vouch that a rather good time was had and Tomorrow night's part two is looking to match it.

Lil Louis - Live at the Haçienda 1992

Gracing the floor for the slightly more housey based second edition, Trouble Vision will be welcoming one of House Music true greats.

Chicago born Lil Louis heads up the bill and is sure to be taking us on a ride through house musics greatest creations. We thought we'd open up this week's Friday mixtuals with a live recording of one of Lil Louis' sets laid down in the now legendary Haçienda in September of 1992. Session Victim - Fabric Mix

Second up today a mix from another one Trouble Vision's Saturday night guests - Session Victim.

One of the freshest house music duos of the moment Session Victim know a thing or two about recreating the groove. Roots in hip hop can be felt on their productions and their sets take you from groove laden house to classic disco cuts. They're also two of the nicest guys on the scene as well, which is always a bonus!

Session Victim are most certainly going to be one of tomorrow nights highlights for me so make sure you get down to Corsica Studios if you don't want to miss out. 

We've got this cracker of a mix below from the boys recorded for Fabric back in August. Pop it on the player and watch it turn your Saturday night in on the sofa in to the get up session it should be.

Scruffy Bugger - Mr Scruff - 5 hour mix

Got a real treat for your ears today in the form of a DJ set from one of the UK's greatest - Mr Scruff.

A true legend and one of my all time favourite DJs this mix is quite literally a journey...Well it will keep you occupied for an entire train journey from London to Manchester and back at least. 5 hours of straight up Mr Scuff selections in this one. From funk through to house Mr Scruff certainly knows how to lay down a mix. Recorded on the 6th October 2012 at Keep it Unreal, Band on the Wall, Manchester this one should keep you going for the rest of the day. True quality.

Bicep - Beats In Space Mix

Happy Friday all! And a Very Happy Birthday to Trouble Vision!

Tonight Trouble Vision turns 4 years old and we are celebrating with part 1 of our 2 Birthday sessions. Anyone lucky enough to be heading down to Corsica studios tonight will be in for a treat with the mighty David Rodigan MBE heading up the proceedinga along side Zed Bias, Trickski, Slowhands, Firas and many many more. An interesting one from us tonight as well as i will be running solo looking after the power hour duties (5 til 6 am Room 1) and Robin closing down room 2 just before.

On to this Fridays mix and something very special.

Bicep - Beats In Space Mix

Bicep have been taking things from strength to strength recently with the launch of their own label as well as some amazing gigs all over the world. On Tuesday this week they stopped by the Beats In Space studio in New York to lay down a mix of pretty much only unreleased material.

Oli D.A.B & Robin - NTS Show - Thursday 27th Sept

On Thursday last week Robin and myself stepped in as a last minute fill on NTS radio from 8 til 10. By far one of London's finest on line Radio Stations NTS is well worth checking out if you haven't yet. Head over to the NTS site here for live streaming from their East London studio.

Very little time to prepare for this one with us having to burn off as many tracks as possible in the hour before hand but i think we held it down ok. A number of things we'd like to have played were missed but its packed with great tunes none the less.

 Also, please excuse the first 2 minutes as the previous show ran over a little......We haven't switched up our musical policy to the darker end of dubstep overnight.

Anyway, have a listen and leave us some comments or tune ID requests.
