Lovebox Classic House Mix

Another treat from the boys at Lovebox today, and this time it is a selection of classic Lovebox party tunes from the box of Hot Blood member and Lovebox originator Jools Butterfield ( I've inserted a "recent" picture of the man himself below).

Jools certainly knows his house music and this mix certainly backs up that claim. Lovingly spliced together by our previous Lovebox mix supplier and fellow originator Andy Williams.

Jools has stepped up proper style as the selector extraordinaire on this one and as he puts it this is a mix where every track featured has most definitely "stood the test of time". Featuring cuts from Nuphonic, Strictly Rhythm and many others this is one for the real house heads.

For anyone lucky enough to have tickets for Lovebox festival taking place next weekend (15th, 16th 17th of July) you are definitely in for a blinding session. Tickets have been flying with only Friday and Sunday day tickets left. Get your self over to the website here and grab them before they are all gone!

Catch me and Robin on the Saturday afternoon at the Art Against Knives van and come say hello. We'll be rolling out our summers finest and with the stage being for a very good charity and the fact it is an open air sound system decked out with function one noise blurters it is looking to be a goodun!

Get on the mix download on the Soundcloud player below and get with the hype and we'll hopefully see you at the Box!

Danny Daze Mix and New Era Artist Collabs

Just a quickie today to alert your ears and thoughts to something that may be of interest.

First up, for the New Era heads. Check out the below preview pic for New Era's first releases from their new artist collaboration series. Stepping up for the first set of sweet ass designs is esteemed British illustrator Jon Burgerman.

The collection of seven one-off 59FIFTYs and 9FIFTY snapbacks will be available from the New Era online store and from New Era Flagship stores from June 20th. I'm definitely going to try and cop my hands on one.

Also check out the video below for the New Era XC project.

Second up is a mix that you NEED on your generic Mp3 player.
Put together by US producer and DJ Danny Daze as his Hot Collections Galactic Radio mix it is filled from start to end with chilled and clean house music treats. Seriously good throughout.

Get over to his Soundcloud page here for more release info and links.
